| Moisture problems in crawl
spaces can be caused from groundwater rising into your crawlspace and
evaporating, creating moisture and problems inside of the crawlspace .
If you're crawlspace is that path, you're
going to have a moisture problem.
Over watering around your home and living in areas
where it rains often can also create excessive moisture in the
crawlspace areas.
In colder climates, the moisture can be in the air flowing in and out of
your crawlspace through the exterior vents.
In the picture above, you
can see where the water has stained the block wall and in some parts
it's still wet from the soil on the other side.
The pieces of flooring insulation that are laying on the ground are from
improper installation.
