| Moisture problems in crawl spaces can be caused from groundwater rising into your crawlspace and evaporating, creating moisture and problems inside of the crawlspace . If you're crawlspace is that path, you're going to have a moisture problem. Over watering around your home and living in areas
where it rains often can also create excessive moisture in the
crawlspace areas. In the picture above, you
can see where the water has stained the block wall and in some parts
it's still wet from the soil on the other side.
