Light Falling Off Wall

The picture above shows you a wall mounted light that is being held up by the electrical wires. Any exposed electrical wires that can be touched are a danger to anyone who can reach them.

This light fixture will need to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.

Any electrical work that involves replacing a light fixture should be done by a professional or electrical contractor.

Home Repair Tip: Larger wall sconces or wall lights are larger targets and easier to knock off of the wall. As children play in their bedrooms, people move furniture in an out of these rooms and anything else you could possibly think of, these lights can become damaged.

The biggest problem, will be the glass or ceramic parts that can become damaged or broken once they are hit with an object. In small bedrooms and hallways, larger lights can actually become a safety hazard.
